The learning process begins with an inquiry and level screening, followed by group and timetable matching, course terms confirmation, and enrolment. After that, students move into scheduled lessons, guided practice, and a progress review.

Progress depends on your starting level, attendance, independent practice, learning needs, and course duration. The intensive small-group course runs for four weeks with four lessons per week and a capped group size of four to eight participants.
